【所需材料】
一根胡萝卜,一根黄瓜,适量盐,三个鸡蛋,一把虾皮,适量盐,适量胡椒粉,少许香油,适量饺子皮。
【制作步骤】
1.准备一根胡萝卜跟黄瓜,清洗干净,去掉头尾,怕表皮有农药残留的朋友可以去掉。用擦丝器或者用刀切成丝。

2.接着放入一勺盐,翻拌均匀,腌制出里面的水分。

3.三个鸡蛋,磕入碗中,搅散。起锅倒油,油热下入鸡蛋,用锅铲快速滑散。盛出来备用。

4.腌制出水分之后用力挤掉水分。

5.接着用刀切得更碎一点。

6.把它放入大盆中,往里面加入一把虾皮,增鲜又补钙。再把鸡蛋加进来。往里面调入适量盐,适量胡椒粉,少许香油,搅拌均匀就可以了。

7.准备饺子皮,放到案板上,用擀面杖擀一擀,擀得稍微薄一点就可以了。

8.然后在中间放入适量的馅料。

9.然后把它卷起来,然后稍稍按扁即可。有更方便的方法的话就照样更方便地做。

10.全部按照这个步骤做好备用。手脚慢的朋友最好一定要盖个布,不然表面风干会变硬,吃着发干发硬。

11.把它放入蒸屉上,开大火蒸8分钟即可。

12.时间到直接出锅。

1.调味料不用加太多,这样吃着才鲜美。
